Respond to customer inquiries via email, chats, over the phone, or in person
Install software, configuration, user onboarding/deboarding related functions
Hardware/software/network connectivity trouble shooting, diagnosis and resolving
Purchase Requisition for IT related products, services & peripherals
Relevant process preparation as and when needed
Validate and ensure necessary information security measures to be in place.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor Degree of related diploma related in IT
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have experience of troubleshooting hardware and software, comprehensive knowledge of computer systems
Commitment to providing appropriate customer services
Work under pressure and required minimal supervision
Knowledge of Cyber security would be a plus.
