Accounting Operations

• Record and verify daily cash inflows and outflows systematically
• Collect and reconcile cash receipts and payments from Express bus line branches/agents
• Check operational costs such as fuel expenses, driver allowances, and toll gate fees
• Prepare and present cash flow reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets

2. Payable & Receivable Management

• Check suppliers’ and service providers’ invoices and prepare for payment
• Review and follow up on outstanding amounts from agents to ensure they do not exceed credit terms
• Perform account reconciliation and review outstanding balances

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Conduct expense variance analysis
• Prepare financial information for management meetings

4. Team Support

• Guide and train junior accountants
• Collaborate with internal departments

• B.Com / B.A (Economics) / LCCI Level (3); those currently attending may also apply
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the accounting field
• Experience in Logistics / Transportation / Express Industry is preferred
• Able to use accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and reporting skills
• Must be honest, maintain confidentiality, and have a teamwork mindset
