  1. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports and statements.
    • Analyse and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
    • Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
    • Work collaboratively with department heads to understand and manage budgetary needs.
  3. Revenue Recognition:
    • Implement and oversee revenue recognition policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to validate revenue transactions.
  4. Stock and Inventory Accounting:
    • Manage stock transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
    • Oversee the valuation and reconciliation of inventory.
    • Monitor and report on stock levels, aging, and obsolescence.
  5. Software Accounting:
    • Account for software development costs and amortization.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards related to software capitalization.
    • Collaborate with the software team to track software assets and licenses.
  6. General Ledger Management:
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
    • Review and post journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Conduct regular reconciliations of all bank and investment accounts.
  7. Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Coordinate and prepare documentation for external audits.
    • Implement recommendations from audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  8. Cost Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed cost analysis for products or services.
    • Monitor and analyse cost variances, providing insights to support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.
    • Calculate for costing in production
  9. Financial Analysis:
    • Perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial trends and data.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of strategic initiatives.
  10. Tax Management:
    • Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
    • Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
  11. Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements in financial procedures.
    • Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting position.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
