  • Responsible for performing all necessary actions for the provision of Services to achieve optimal results in maintaining the growth of life insurance agents to generate the best outcome that aligns with the interest of the Company.
  • Responsible for achieving optimal outcomes in the growth of the life insurance agent network for the Company.
  • Responsible for regularly assessing agent performance and, as necessary, providing skill development training to ensure the best results in the sale of the Company's life insurance products in the market.
  • Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to support agent acquisition efforts and having a strong understanding of agent acquisition and development strategies within the life insurance industry.
  • Responsible for providing weekly reports and monthly reports containing the progress and professional advice to enhance the market share of individual life insurance agents working for the Company and develop strategies to build growth in the life insurance market.
  • Responsible for performing other tasks promptly related to individual agency channels of the company in line with the Company's instructions.
