Position Objective:

Monitor and overall support for corporate clients, as well as coproate sales team to strengthen the after-sales and customer services for smooth daily operational demand, and align department goals with the overall corporate strategy.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Processing corporate insurance applications, policy changes, and renewal process accurately and efficiently in timely manner
  • Assisting clients with all corporate insurance products inquiries via different channels
  • Providing the quality customer service and after-sales services to maintain customer relationships    
  • Administering and handling corporate clients’ claims including documentation, investigation, and resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders  
  • Maintaing accurate records of interactions, transactions, and policy information of corporate clients
  • Working closely with AIA’s corporate sales team and participate in joint visit to improve sales skills and drive performance
  • Analyze the voice of clients and follow-up/raise to the concerned stakeholders for better customer experience

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience in sales support, customer service and data management
  • Understanding of financial planning concepts, sales principles and customer service practices
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills for both verbal and written (English and Myanmar)
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Team player with excellent relationship building skills
  • Proficient MS office skills (PowerPoint, Word and  Excel is a must)
