• Responsible for annual growth of Banks
• Key Role in Deposit and Loan Growth
• Responsible for implement the Standard Operational Procedure
• Responsible for implement new business channel with Business Partner etc
• To Setup the control and guideline for the procedure of daily operational issue
• To corporate with the Governance Committee (EC, MC, Risk, ALCO) and Contribute the best suggestion and comments
• To implement the effective and success for sales model by the Zone and Relationship Officer

• Good Leadership Skill
• Well know the bank’s products and procedure
• Good experience in People management
• Good understanding in products sale model
• Good understanding in Banking Law and related rule and regulation

• Lead and Guidance to Zone and Branches for compliance with bank policies and regulation.
