A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and Department Directors.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for Executive Directors.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for Executive Executive Directors and their special guests.
  • Performs purchasing Executive Directors' requirements and special guests' requirements.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of Executive Directors, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Executive Directors and Departmental Directors.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned/ adhoc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Chinese Mandarin Proficiency will take advantageous)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software with advance Excel literate.
  • Able to travel alone to overseas and domestic a required
  • Confident and cheerful personnel
  • Self-organized and rigorous team work capabilities
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sustain prolonged periods of concerted attention and work under pressure
  • Great learner
  • At least 5 years of related experience required.
  • Preferred good knowledge of Property Development & Real Estate Business.
  • Age between 25 to 30
