Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, or factory coordination roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Working Conditions
The role requires working in a factory floor environment with occasional exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals. Shift work is required, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
