Job Summary
The Executive Officer to the Factory Manager provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the effective functioning of the factory’s management processes. This role acts as the Factory Manager’s right hand, coordinating daily activities, assisting in decision-making, and occasionally representing the Factory Manager in meetings or operational matters when required. The Executive Officer ensures smooth communication between departments, follows up on managerial directives, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Managerial and Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Factory Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
- Coordination with All Departmental Activities: Ensure smooth collaboration and communication across all departments.
- Project Coordination: Track the progress of ongoing projects, corrective actions, improvement tasks and operational KPIs
- Budgeting & Cost Control Assistance: Support the management of factory budgeting and cost control efforts.
- Vendor & External Party Coordination: Liaise with vendors and external parties on behalf of the Factory Manager.
- Maintain records related to production, safety, and quality systems
