Provide financial analysis, recommendations to Management to plan proactive business decisions.
Drive the financial aspects of the business’ strategic plans by preparing budgets, estimates, forecasts and scenarios to identify financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
Establish financial modelling to assess benchmarks, risks and efficiency for financial wellbeing of the company.
Proactively work with non-finance stakeholders to ensure the Finance function is embedded in the business and provide value adding financial advice to achieve the goals and priorities.
Lead treasury activity by managing liquidity to ensure the business sustainability through efficient utilisation of cash and financial services.
Review Company tax obligations, compliance, filings and manage effective tax planning.
Oversee daily operations of all accounting functions including, but not limited to: accounts payable, general ledgers, cash disbursements, reporting and balance sheet reconciliation.
Establish and execute internal controls by complying with CFOFR (Control Framework over Financial Reporting) to ensure checks and balances in the system.
Embrace emerging technologies to automate the manual processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure Corporate governance, requirements and Group standard are met on time.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
Proven experience in a managerial role
Alible to work under work pressures and tight timeline
Extensive knowledge about Accounting, Accounts Payable procedures, IFRS and GAAP and Accounting software (ERP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
Professional attitude, Reliability, Strong work ethic
