Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to maintain, enhance, and scale our Go and PHP/Laravel backend systems, as well as React and Vue frontend applications. You will work on mission-critical systems in E-commerce, Logistics, and Retail/Wholesale, delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions. Candidates must have strong fullstack expertise with at least one backend technology (Go preferred, PHP/Laravel highly valued) along with modern frontend development skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Maintenance & Development

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance backend applications in Go (preferred) and/or PHP/Laravel.
• Build and improve responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React and Vue.
• Implement new features, system integrations, and enhancements tailored to E-commerce, Logistics, and Retail/Wholesale business needs.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume, real-time operations.

2. Architecture & System Improvements

• Participate in architectural planning for new features and system upgrades.

• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

• Optimize backend workflows to handle large transaction volumes and complex business processes.

3. Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with business owners, UI/UX designer, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and guide them on Go, PHP/Laravel, React, and Vue best practices.

• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

4. Quality Assurance & Deployment

• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing before deployment.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient release cycles.

• Monitor and resolve production incidents quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 7+ years in professional software development.

  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead developer role.

• Backend Skills:

  • Strong experience in at least one backend technology (Go preferred, PHP/Laravel highly valued).

• Frontend Skills:

  • Proficiency in React and Vue.

  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Database Skills:

  • Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL.

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.

• DevOps & Tools:

  • Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Digitalocean or AWS).

• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and application performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Retail/Wholesale systems.

• Understanding of lastmile delivery, warehouse management, inventory control, and sales order processing workflows.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
