Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute Fiber & Nodes Network Improvement initiatives within the MIH Network.

2. Perform operation nodes maintenance and oversee overall operation maintenance activities.

3. Develop and maintain maintenance shift schedules to ensure continuous network availability.

4. Verify and process maintenance tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

5. Review material technical specifications to guarantee compliance with network requirements.

6. Manage maintenance stock inventory and replenishment processes.

7. Prepare purchase requisitions for maintenance-related materials and services.

8. Conduct thorough analyses of contracts pertaining to network maintenance.

9. Supervise the installation of dark fiber and ensure project milestones are met.

10. Collect daily maintenance tickets, compile reports, and provide insights for improvement.

11. Verify FAT documents to ensure equipment and systems meet required standards.

12. Effectively manage subcontractors and oversee their performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in network maintenance and improvement.

• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and related technologies.

• Proficiency in maintenance scheduling and ticketing systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and contracts.

• Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating project activities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
