• Testing software and hardware compatibility• Installing new software• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations etc.)• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet• Installing anti-virus protection• Fixing network faults• Technical support for people using the network• Training staff on new systems• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use• Planning future improvements• Suggesting IT solutions to business problems• Making sure all IT meets industry standards• Supervising helpdesk staff• Strong knowledge of network routing/switching (routing protocols, multicast, other LAN protocols)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
• Bachelor's degree or associates degree with a minimum of 3 year years relavent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in installation and maintenance of computer hardware (servers, desktops and laptops) and peripherals like Canon MFD, HP Color Laser Jet, IP PABX, Cisco routers and switches, ethernet cards, structured CAT 6 cabling etc.)
