Title: Senior Manager (Product Management)
Work Scope:
To develop and roll-out both asset and liability products such products both traditional and electronic.
For product development, this position will be responsible for research what banking products using in the world and analyze with Myanmar market and approach/propose to Bank what kind of products is appropriate in Myanmar
Duties and Responsibilities
To develop new products for the Bank
- Develop policy and procedures for products
- Present and obtain Management and Board of Directors approval for products
- Effective roll out of products including training, advertisements and sales targets
- Manage and monitor products that have been developed
- Monitor market development and competitor’s roll –out of new products
Requirements
• Experience in development of Bank Products both asset and liabilities. Strong knowledge of banking products and new electronic product developments
• Bachelors degree in a business or mathematical related field
• Must be able to manage Excel sheets
