A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee day to day enterprise bill-to-collect operation of the billing team ensuring adherence of policy and procedure.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for operation, providing quick resolution for bill issue.
  • Managing delivery to contracted commitments related to billing / disputes.
  • Monitor the work flow of job assign staff and reassignment as requirement of workload demand.
  • Handling the bill adjustment and ensure supporting documents for audit purpose.
  • Review unpaid customers list and follow up for bill collection.
  • Preferable Reconcile with Other Telco companies (AR/AP) as a monthly basic.
  • Monitor and analysis of Enterprise billing report to BODs as monthly.
  • Implement processes and action plans as set by the management team.
  • Revenue sharing calculation for partners as per contract agreed.
  • Responsibilities for timely, accurate and effective billing operation process and communication with other functionals team.
  • Supporting to Legal team such as like their required documents, information.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Total 5+ years’ experience in operation management with billing software.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Mid Large organization as a supervisory role.
  • Must have knowledge with accounting and procedure, finance policy.
  • Must have Leadership, Coaching and Motivation skills to team members.
  • Strong ability adopts to change and open to considering new approaches in resolving issues.
  • Bachelor of B.Com, Accounting or any other related education.
  • Excellence of Oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with any Billing System.
