PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To manage the technology-related contracts, execute strategic and operational projects and manage dedicated budgets according to company policies and procedures as well as the design of technology & cross-departmental processes and procedures.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the best use of project management disciplines and delivery of strategic projects within the established timeline, cost and expected quality.

• Track and monitor projects performance, providing a real-time and comprehensive view through the use of PPM software tool.

• Responsible for the project management process and deliverables for all assigned projects.

• Development of projects, cross functional level presentations, dashboards, executive level project communications and required documentation.

• Direct management and optimization of project terms, performance and budget (CAPEX & OPEX).

• Monitor key milestones and outcome of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.

• People management responsibilities for all aspect of the team member’s life cycle, including recruitment, coaching, development and performance management.

• Engage in the design of processes and procedures as well as the safeguarding of OLA’s within technology.

• Direct, manage and assign technology contracts and budget control function as well as PMO function.

• Manage relevant submissions of technology tender to the committee and ensure communication of TC’s decision results.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University Graduate preferably with Engineering or Information Science.
• Solid experience of minimum 8 years experiences in project management and possess strong knowledge in project management, project analyst.
• Excellent knowledge of overall telecom network architecture and inter-functioning of various elements.
• Expert knowledge of experience in report generation and prepare presentations.
• Hands-on experience with Technology Planning & Operations.
• Excellent communications skills
