Job Description:

  • To effectively manage the assigned NPL portfolio to meet the predetermined loan recovery targets.
  • Ability to negotiate with customers for the restructuring of corporate and enterprise accounts and propose such plans for management consideration.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Devise repayment/recovery strategies and recommend remedial actions for the assigned NPLs.
  • Organize and plan the timely submission of credit reports.
  • Attend creditors meetings/scheme meetings to discuss restructuring proposals and assess their viability.

Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree or proven work experience
  • Prior experience in recovery work with a bank, handling a diverse portfolio (Preferably Corporate Credit)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial institution.
  • Good business and credit sense
  • Familiarity with the process of sale and liquidation of properties and assets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong writing and speaking ability in English and Myanmar.
