Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage various teams including NOC Team, Installation Team, Maintenance Team, Project Team, and Customer Care Team.
2. Take charge of project planning and design, configuration, and setup.
3. Generate weekly and monthly reports for relevant managers and C-Level executives.
4. Configure and maintain monitoring devices for NOC monitoring.
5. Handle complaint tickets from the NOC team and provide reports to managers and C-Level executives.
6. Configure and maintain various network devices, including OLT, Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei, server and firewall
7. Manage the Customer Care Team, addressing customer complaints and special requests.
8. Supervise the installation team for FTTx installation, project site installation, DIA site installation, SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) support, and onsite support complaints.
9. Prepare monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and establish rules and regulations for all teams.
10. Create documentation reports for daily, weekly, and monthly team status updates.
11. Compile and maintain the Monthly Customer SLA (Service Level Agreement) list and perform calculations as required.
