  • Responsible of day-to-day outlet operations involving oversee all front & back of the house tenants’ operations
  • Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, respond to customer complaints tactfully & professionally
  • Ensure that staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and operational procedures.
  • Ensure outlet hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping standards are in place and maintained at the highest level

  • Significant work experience in supervisory roll and deep knowledge of the food industry
