The role holder is responsible for developing and executing the plans, supporting the team head, and working with a wide range of stakeholders—including product teams, sales teams, marketing departments, and external stakeholders to achieve the business goals.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for business planning.
• Provides communication calendar and plan to Marcomms on a monthly basis
• Maintains market awareness on competitor activities, industrial trends, and new concepts.
• Organize and prepare sales deck, proposal and agreement for clients to participate in campaigns
• Keep track of all campaigns and their timelines, ensuring they stay on schedule.
• Take proactive measures to address any potential delays or issues.
• Regularly communicate with team members to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Assist in various campaign-related activities, including planning and coordination.
• Prepare campaign decks and necessary information to brief Marcomms effectively.
• Provide support for other tasks and projects as required by the team manager.
• Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or related field
• Fluent in English
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Strong Powerpoint skills)

• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
