  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the pharmacy store and perform store operations management proficiently
  • Provide medication counselling to help customers better understand their prescription medications
  • Accurately measuring, preparing and distributing proper medications to the customers
  • Consulting customers on how and when to take prescribed medications
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment according to company and government standards
  • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records and removing expired and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory
  • Keep tracking of inventory regularly
  • Manage, Supervise and Train pharmacy sale staffs
  • Keep up to date with new drugs, products and their usages
  • Keep up to date with FDA Rules & Regulations
  • Display stocks according to merchandising standards
  • Complete and submit all store required administrative reports on time

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and any related diploma/certificate holders
  • Minimum 4 years and above experienced in related field, retail background will be preferable
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, and pharmaceutical brands
  • Excellent customer service, Strong Leadership skill, good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Honesty, Hardworking and good team leader
