  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AV/IT solutions.                                                               
  • Organize product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Work with the sales team to prepare proposals, BOMs, and diagrams.
  • Join customer meetings to provide technical support and assurance.
  • Install, set up, and configure AV/IT systems.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including warranty and RMA cases.
  • Prepare and maintain installation and service reports.
  • Attend vendor training and pursue technical certifications.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Submit weekly and technical reports to the Technical Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Must hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in System Configuration, Product Testing, and Troubleshooting will be given priority.
  • Candidates with experience in Installation & Commissioning of AV / ELV Systems will be given priority.
  • Must be able to handle responsibilities in Customer Support.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, strong presentation skills, and be able to create drawings and diagrams.
  • Must have good communication and teamwork skills, as well as self-learning ability.
