Develop and implement scalable web applications and deploy running environments from development to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain automated deployment CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
Automate and optimize manual and repetitive tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) technologies.
Manage, provision, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of systems and applications through robust practices.
Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Analyze operational, financial, and performance data using statistical techniques and provide digital solutions.
Study current practices of the company and define new improvement opportunities.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, clean, reusable, reliable, and high-performing code.
Perform regular testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices; identify and fix bottlenecks.
Work with databases and data storage solutions to manage and access data efficiently.
Collaborate with project/product managers, team leads, quality assurance engineers, and analysts to design user-friendly applications and deliver integrated solutions aligned with business needs.
Monitor server workload, utilization, and optimize costs by stopping unused services and tools.
Provide ongoing support for the management and support the team with necessary tasks as requested.
Participate fully in Agile digital transformation
Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Have ample working experience with developing web applications using Backend (PHP – Vanilla PHP or Laravel/Lumen Framework, MySQL) and Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Vanilla JS or jQuery or Vue.js, REACT) development tech stacks
AWS Cloud, Linux, LAMP/LEMP stack, git, Gitlab DevOps skills are important
Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud service management.
Understanding of Client-Server Architecture, REST API, Web Application Security
Have interest in financial products and services
Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result
Strong problem-solving capacity
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Fluency in both English and Burmese
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good to have experience in Myanmar typing
