-Identifying and targeting new customer with opportunities.
-Developing & maintaining a strong relationship with Architects, Developer, Contractors within the construction industry.
-Knowing market situation and creating own selling strategy.
-Regularly site check,shop drawing approves for civil works before installation
-Preparing market activities report and competitor's data and submitting to manager.
-Preparing quotation,followint up, negotiation and closing of offer and Contract terms
-Managing every element of sales process.
-Recording and Maintaining client data.
-Coordinating with internal customer in the organization.
-Ensure timely supervise of customer complaints and other relevant claims.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Bachelor's university degree in engineering or related discipline.
-Minimum 3 years experience in elevator or construction or general industry in sales operations.
-Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) responsible, proactive, self-driver and good organizing skills.
-Team spirit and wiling to share with others
-Strong interpersonal skills and communication
-Able to travel locally and international, Be able to work under pressure.
