-Ability to check and comment on shop drawing submitted by contractors § To make plan and schedule for work method & sequence.

-Ability to consider, plan and arrange for construction related facilities such as site logistic, temporary facilities, temporary water & electrical supply, external scaffold, loading/unloading platform, tower crane, materials hoist, shoring etc.

-Able to monitor and check each & every step of work, manpower and chase contractor for progress and quality.

-Able to carry out daily proper site coordination between Marga MEP team and contractors to have smooth operation and timely progress.

-Ability to understand well on updated approved drawings of Architural, Structural & MEP and discuss on finding of discrepancies / mistake/ constructability issues if any.

-Proficiency in the usage of drawing software CAD

-Ability to check/review/comment/reply RFA/RFI/MS submitted by contractors

-Ability to work in a team environment and also be willing to work independently.

-Communicate with project team to understand the goals, challenges, schedule and expectations of a project.

- Must have bachelor degree in BE (Civil) . Experience on bore piling & Sheet Piling is more preferable.
- Good Technical background with minimum 10 years of solid design experience in Building Structure
- Familiar with the current design software such as Etabs and SAFE
- Familiar with the current submission procedures and requirements from different local Authorities
- Good project management experience and can lead a team of design engineers
- Willing to work hard and can work under pressure
- Good communication skill and good in English.
