We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Senior Social Media Executive will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as graphic designer) to optimize brand awareness and online marketing campaigns
• Developing engaging, creative, innovative contents which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages align with company’s marketing strategy
• Building and maintaining company’s social media presence
• Leading social media marketing team for the effective and efficient work flow and processes
• Coordinating with online marketing team, content team and other internal departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with marketing campaigns
• Developing social media performance reports
• Evaluate emerging technologies, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing social media campaigns
• Mature, tactful, innovative and result-oriented
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Strong management and good interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure and strict deadline
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Good command in both English and Myanmar Languages
