• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience shipping high-scale code to production
• Fluent in at least one language - e.g., PHP, Node, Go.
• Experience in SCRUM/Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and framework for web application
• Possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, database concepts, distributed systems, and search.
• Strong communicator and willing to explain complex technical concepts to the designers, support, and other engineers.
• Enjoy solving problems and helping others meet their goals.
• Passionate about backend technologies.
