2. Collaborate with system engineer staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
3. Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
4. Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
5. Provide proficient technical services and support for the following areas: Server and Storage hardware : Dell, HP, Cisco,Fujitsu and Dell EMC, IBM, NetApp,Synology.
RAID System : Raid 0,1,5,10
Server platform : Windows server, Linux Server, exchange server, lync server, sharepoint server,SQL server.
Virtualization : Microsoft Hyper V, VMWare VSphere, Citrix XenServer...etc.
Monitoring Tools : Solarwinds, PRTG,Nagios XI,Zabbix.
Backup Tools : Veritas Backup Exec,Acronis True Image.
6. Testing and learning new IT products with system engineers and assistant system engneers.
7. Implement the jobs assigned by IT Manager.
