- Lead and manage the system team, including workload planning, performance reviews, and professional
development.
- Oversee daily operations and Monitoring of server infrastructure (Windows),storage systems , CCTV and
Network systems .
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of critical IT systems and services.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
- Coordinate with the network, security IT operations.
- Implement and maintain system-level security, patching, and vulnerability management
- Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness of critical systems.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely solutions to any issues.
- Manage IT assets and licenses related to system infrastructure.
- Assist in IT budgeting and procurement planning.
- Ensure documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
-Provide monthly maintenance for related outsourcing services.

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related degree or diploma in IT.
-Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including Networking N+, office 365, Microsoft,
Computer HardwareA+, CCNA, CCTV, PABX, computer Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner, Projector, TV,
UPS, Battery, Inverter & other ELVsystem.
-Ability to work indepently & handle multiple tasks under pressure

- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in networking and IT Support or infrastructure roles.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Cisco .
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM.
- Knowledge of storage systems (NAS), backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and system hardening.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
