1. To be ensure effective and efficient operation
2. To be ensure all the facilities are operating at optimum performance
3. To assist A-BSE on establishing annual maintenance plan for all M&E equipment and ensure follow up accordingly
4. To assist on performing daily, weekly, monthly check list and ensure to follow up
5. To inspect onsite and analyze the datas for planning of periodic, preventive and predictive maintenance
6. To be ensure necessary spare parts and special tools are available for reactive maintenance
7. To be ensure that all the technician have basic hand tools
8. 24/7 standby for any major or minor breakdown incident or accident
9. To Investigate onsite for any incident or accident, analysis and assist on preparing incident report
10. To be ensure that all the service providers are performing according to Service Level Agreement
11. To record all the defects and ensure follow up and update the status accordingly
12. To conduct weekly tool box meeting, safety meeting and also equipment training as in needed
13. To be familiar with all emergency handling procedures
14. To do regular health check of critical equipment.
