o Work closely with Booking Officer to for rental reservation confirmation and related documents.o Prepare and send invoice to customer. o Prepare daily sales report and submit to Operations Team Supervisor/Manager/Booking Officer.o Attendance and overtime report preparationo Internal document processing o Manage office and vehicle supplies by taking care of physical goods and control sheet
o Understand office documents controlling process o Understand car rental business as well as vehicle brands/models/typeo Understand hospitality business (customer service)
o Possess good understanding of vehicle maintenance and cleanliness

o Any bachelor degree or Diplomao Over 3 years working experience in related field
o Can use Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point & outlook mail)
o Well communicate in both English and Myanmar.
