- Minimum 2 years experienced in an IT role with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willing to travel based on job requirement
- Ability to work during night time when it required
