- Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance
- Inspect rental equipment upon return and return deposits less any observed damage
- Increase sales across all channels through effective hiring, training and management approaches.
- Effectively manages team members, including technicians and Advisor, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks
- Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
- Oversees team members performing inspections, personally to ensure highest quality of work

- BE (Mechanical)
- Previous Service ( Heave Machine ) Experience
- Related to Agriculture Sector
- Creative Problem solving
- Must have strong leadership skill, strong analytical reporting skill, management skill and experience excellent computer skills
- Able to work under pressure and within deadline
- Able to drive and extensive travels in domestic
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
