• Receive customer calls and process customer orders for service.
• Maintain service plans (daily, weekly and monthly).
• Provide Technicians with all the necessary information, parts, tools, consumables, etc. to conduct service jobs.
• Plan the service vehicles required for the works on customer site.
• Periodical inspection of completed job to make sure it’s done properly.
• Organize Service contracts and other service agreements execution.
• Conducting machines diagnostics, repair or installation as required when Technician’s skills and knowledge are not enough to perform the work.
• Follow up customer inquiries and orders for service, provide regular status updates.
• Devise and maintain service department business process (SOP) (service request, work order, information, and relevant machine history) and archive service records upon completion of the job.
• Create and update machine service records at the customer database.
• Provide recommendations to improve parts inventory in order to have fast moving items available and reduce amount of slow moving items.
• Explain to the machine operators, customer/service provider technicians in regard to aspects of the machine design, maintenance or other service.
• Conduct investigation in regard to technical information required to rectify machine failures.
• Determine the diagnostic procedures and repair techniques required for complete and timely repair of the machine.
• Advice customer/service provider to complete machine failure diagnosis procedures according to manufacturer’s technical documents.
• Maintain service tools inventory and submit timely request to purchase necessary tools or equipment.
• Participate in workshop and field activities to develop customer’s skills in machines operation and maintenance.
• Fill in all necessary work documentation e.g. technical inspection report, customer site visit report, work order form.
• Initiate training activities to develop Technician’s knowledge and competence.
• Operate company vehicle with respect for road & safety regulations in the case of work outside CAM premises.
• Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Education: Bachelor degree level in Agriculture Mechanization or Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics

Knowledge, skills & experience:
Supervisor/manager skills.
Work experience at Agricultural or Construction machinery service organization.
5+ years’ experience in Agricultural or Construction machines maintenance, diagnostics & repair.
Willingness to learn and share the knowledge with others.
English (Upper-Intermediate level: written and spoken).
Experienced user of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experienced user of ‘both’ paper & electronic parts catalogues; technical support/machines diagnostics software (to include web based applications).
Driving license (car)
