• Prepares and report daily, weekly and monthly report with market analysis remark to Manager.
• Develops a sale team to implement strategy to achieve objective.
• Manages the center as leader and leads sales team and the whole operation team to achieve target outcomes.
• Supervises closely to center’s daily operation as well as assigns job to subordinates effectively and efficiently.
• Motivates sale team members to achieve monthly sales target.
• Solves the customer complaints and team members problem effectively as and when require.
• Updates product knowledge and customer care service for self-development and instructs sale team members to follow up the instruction accordingly.
• Manages the stock control for purchase order.
• Monitoring market situation and analyzing competitors' activity.
• Market survey for update pricing as and when required.

• Any Graduate with Sales diploma or certificate.
• At least 1 year experience in related field and sound knowledge of retail chain management
• Leadership skill, Presentation skill, Customer services oriented skill, team work, creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Flexible working hours
