• To work for Japan Project and to understand key elements of business processes based on requirement document and then to implement software development tasks

such as requirements analysis, business process analysis, technical designs, coding and testing.

• To write project specification documents

• To study Japanese Language [ Company will support for this training]

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• At least 2 to 4 years experiences in a software development relatively. Experienced in JAVA (or) . Net(windows/web) development and (MSSQL/Oracle) databases

• Preferable to have Japanese Language skill.

• Relevant degree in IT. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate practical and sound business solutions to both functional and technical team.

• Decent Personality, Team spirit, Strong Work Ethics and Motivation.

• Able to work overtime if needed.

• 1 year contract after probation.
