Position Purpose
The Strategic Insights Manager will drive the company's strategic direction by providing insightful market analysis and collaborating closely with the Sales and Finance departments to ensure data-driven decision-making.
This is a one-year contract position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and business needs.
• Lead the development and execution of market research projects, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
• Work with Finance to integrate financial data into market analyses for a comprehensive view of market dynamics.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategies for the Myanmar market's portfolio, brand, trade, and distribution.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for product development and marketing strategies.
