  • Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports
  • Develop presentations for senior management
  • Schedule regular senior level management meetings, departmental HBO Series and Films
  • Work closely with the key strategic acquisitions resources to develop accurate business cases
  • Manage team capacity and individual performance, ensuring awareness of overall status, risks and key milestones for all projects each team member is supporting or leading
  • Supporting the development of the overall activities
  • Develop strategic perspectives on new market opportunities including assessment of size, risks/benefits of opportunity
  • Manage and maintain frequently changing calendars via Outlook, including detailed meeting and appointment scheduling, coordination of departmental meetings, cross-functional meetings and cross-divisional meetings
