A Good Opportunity for ..

Planning Executive is responsible to organize production plan according to demand, supply and quality standards in order to ensure that the goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations.

  • Coordinating for all related parties for production workflow for multiple products
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime of machine
  • Liaising with the NPD team on the development of new product.
  • Monitoring the production output to ensure that it will finish on time based on Sales forecast.
  • Addressing issues when it arises aiming for minimum disruption
  • Obtaining output information from production (FG, On-Hold, and etc.) and Obtaining information from warehouse for distribution plan.
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports from production planning perspective.
  • Keep paperwork organized
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, sales and other staff

  • Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Resourceful and proficiency in problem solving
