  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the BI platform.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI and others)
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in the data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability through regular validation and quality checks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of data collection systems and processes.
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Develop and support internal functions to smooth operations process.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. 
  • Experience in Banking industry or Fin-tech. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages. (e.g., Net, JavaScript, PL/SQL BI, Excel) 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex datasets. 
  • Effective communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
