To establish business of commercial lines and to discuss with Head of commercial lines.
Policies data maintenance and analyze.
Need to build and maintain Commercial Lines process and policies timely.
Need to handle secretary job for Head of Commercial Line.
Introduce our plan, business model and all products to client.
Implementing insurance administration systems.
To prepare insurance documents such as quotation, debit notes, cover notes, policies schedule and so on.
Input the policy data into insurance management systems.
Dealing with clients and insurance brokers.
Communication with reinsurance department.
Going outside for marketing.
Collecting, underwriting information.
Designing terms and conditions
Communicating with claims department when the claims happen.
