A Big Opportunity for ...

• This position is overall responsible for the finance and accounting function at Brewery.
• Preparation and Reporting of Brewery Operation Report and MIS on monthly/quarterly/HY/Annual basis.
• Analysis of Cost & Wastage on monthly basis – Production cost, fixed cost and unit cost.
• Ensure proper processing of suppliers bills and expenses vouchers of Brewery.
• Ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers, services and employees. Including Creditors Ageing.
• Preparation of financial Budget and Forecasting of Brewery.
• Ensure proper Fixed Assets accounting, Capitalization of Assets, proper Depreciation charge and evaluation (Cost vs Benefit) of CER.
• Support Corporate Accounts Team and External/Internal Auditors on External Audit and Internal Audit exercise related to Brewery Accounts and Fixed Assets
• Maintaining Petty Cash

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• CPA 5-7 yrs experience in MNC – FMCG/Pharma Factory
• Experience in ERP package based accounting and MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Strong functional knowledge
• Good team player
• Hands on experience in preparing accounts and reports
• Experience in dealing with auditors/banks
• Experience in dealing with tax authorities.
• Must show enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Can work well independently with limited supervision
• Can work well under pressure
• Can effectively manage the team of direct reports
• Focus on career development opportunities for staff members and cross train when needed
• Must have a can-do attitude and willing to make changes as needed to improve efficiencies
• Must be able to speak fluently in both English and Myanmar language
• Must be able to work well with foreigners having high expectations and the local employees with a lower skill level
