Conduct market research and analysis within the host country.
Manage local supplier relationships, including daily communication, supplier development and coordination with international suppliers for cross-country needs, as well as handing inquiries and price comparisons.
Collaborate with internal demand departments to prepare and complete order-related documentation.
Follow up on procurement orders, supplier deliveries, and inspections to ensure timely arrival of materials.
Coordinate with customers clearance and logistics service providers, assisting with the preparation and submission of relevant documentation.
Maintain accurate system records, collect and consolidate regular reports from subcontractors involved in delegated projects within the host country.
Perform other duties as assigned by company leadership.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Prior experience in procurement or material management departments is required.
Strong knowledge of the local market landscape and key suppliers.
At least 2 years of proven working experience in Chinese-speaking professional environment.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Strong Chinese writing ability, particularly in report preparation.
Having solid understanding of construction materials, including categories, properties and basic technical specifications (eg. rebar, cement, metals, timber, ceramics, piping, cables, etc.).
Familiarity with the host country's taxation framework and related policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with large language AI models (ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek).
Ability to quickly learn and operate company-related systems and software
