Responsibility
> Develop and ensure the Call Centre operational workflows are up-to-date (internal and cross-functional),
> Control the efficiency of the procedures to serve better the customer satisfaction,
> Ensure that the knowledge base is complete and up-to-date,
> Cooperate with Operation/QA Teams for implementation of action plans,
> Prepare reliable reports for the management.
