At Flymya, our Tech HR Manager is responsible for the recruitment & career management of our 20 developers. They work with senior leadership team members and developers to maintain the skill level & career paths of our developers.
Here are our salary bands (commensurate with experience & skills):
Associate - 110,000 MMK to 330,000 MMK per month
Executive - 440,000 MMK to 550,000 MMK per month
Team Leader - 660,000 MMK to 880,000 MMK per month
Manager - 1,320,000 MMK per month
Senior Manager - 1,650,000 MMK to 4,955,000 per month
Director - 4,950,000 MMK and up
