  • Selling products and solutions, participate in sales and marketing strategies development, key account management and project management.
  • To identify customers and develop a portfolio for the market
  • To promote company’s product portfolio for personal care, home care, color cosmetics industry to current and new customers so as to achieve sales target as set by superior
  • Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target.
  • Execute the company sales & marketing strategy
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Arrange meetings with customers to identify opportunities, introduce our portfolio and start projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
  • Make accurate quotations to customers considering all commercial aspects (incoterms, payment term, margin…)
  • Record sales and order information and brief customer service officer
  • Forecast demand from customers to order from suppliers, follow up the shipment status and manage stock at point of sales to ensure product availability
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders and new orders

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years work background from Chemical, Chemistry or Oil and Gas, industry or anything related to it or related chemical sales field
  • Have an own car and driving license
  • Ability to travel in regular customer visit (domestic) – Mandalay; Training/meeting (Abroad) - Occasionally
  • Had experienced in demonstrated a proved sales track record and passion to (over-) achieve the sale target
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive and positive thinking
  • Self-starter and able to work under pressure
