• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Repair and control customer products

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

• Proven working experience in enterprise technical support as a technical engineer at least two years
• Degree or Diploma in engineering
• Basic knowledge of consumer electronics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, Problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proven customer support experience & work under pressure
