  • Highlight critical issues to the reporting manager and other related teams whenever necessary.
  • Checklist for operation equipment and infra all went well.
  • Provide level 1 support to Team Members with application, service issues.
  • Solution administration, installation, troubleshooting PC / Network problem, upgrading and repairing equipment as required.
  • Manage technical floors and daily work schedule to ensure sufficient call centre coverage.
  • Train customers and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance as required.
  • Work with the Tech and PMO team and be able to follow instructions.
  • Monitor office equipments and make sure it is properly used.
  • Check the inventory and request PC or office equipment when necessary.
  • Follow up any system and reporting issues to related teams and get closure.
  • Collection of data and report preparation of Reports and Performance Dashboard.
  • Keep updated of any Technical announcements related to the team and share the same for action whenever required.
  • Follow up for system user error, password reset or unlock and request of new user system accounts.
  • Standby for planned change activities in Software and Hardware of Contact Centre Operations.
  • Fix the technical problems with root cause.
  • Follow up and close TOM technical deliverables.
  • Lead all technical related requirements.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Possess at least a Bachelor- Degree, in IT or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, Network Engineering (NE) and PC hardware/components maintenance.
  • Prefer to have contact centre related applications experience.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, professional maturity, communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving – the ability to handle complex enquiries, tech related support and also day-to-day challenges involved.
  • Able to work in Shift 24/7 Environment.
  • Ability to command both spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
