• Lead and guide team member to get effective execution and customer relation.
• Planning & Monitoring daily/monthly call plan & reports of team.
• Supervise team to achieve target, prepare salary and incentive calculation for team monthly.
• Provide product knowledge and on job training to team
• Prepare monthly report of the team achievement and report to management
• Responsible to track competitors activities, price, promotion update, market situation and report to management
• Implement the effective display & merchandising programs to uplift display and Merchandising quality at outlet level on a continuous basis
• Assist trade promotion activity, execute promotion POP display, monitor delivery and arrival of premium/gift item to respective outlet.
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on the effectiveness of each program and provide feedback of operational execution issue
• Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies and activities are aligned with overall sales and revenue targets.
• Work closely with marketing team to plan, develop targeted regional / local trade marketing and customer engagement campaigns
• Provide timely sales evaluation report to manager. Constantly monitor the sales performance, and make recommendations to help sales team to get better performance
