- Plan, execute and manage to all promotion activities and events.

- Monitor and manage the promoter team to get an effective solution.

- Control to A&P and distribution process to all branches.

- Field auditing or checking the way of promoters & merchandisers.

- Responsible for selecting and recruiting the right persons for PG and merchandising team.

- Setting the Sales Out Program and related processes.

- Processing the retail mapping data and index standard development.

- Manage to be effective visibility display and promotion activities.

- Building the relationship with the suppliers for performance base review.

- Design and implement organization business strategy and activities.

- Reporting to the Management as required.

- Creating Promotion Plan Yearly

- Manage the sales data and make sale reports

- Attend Meeting with clients, partners

- Follow Up with Social Media

- Planning Immediate Promotion and distribute data to outlets

- Research the market and competitors data

- Perform other tasks assigned by Management.

*Any Graduate

*More prefer to Masters in Marketing or Business Development Strategies

*Minimum 7 years relevant Trade Marketing / Branding experience in Beverages Industries

*Excellent interpersonal skills with good attitude as well as good aptitude

*Understanding the market demands and customer’s behaviours

*Effective communicable language skills in bilingual (Myanmar and English)

*Able to travel in anytime

*Able to develop Team Management

*Able to drive to get the achievement of the Organizational goals as well as individual goals at the same time
